Pentad Systems is proud to offer our newest product, the E-Mail Burst. This powerful program is aimed at the business that does not have the time to create and maintain a mass e-mailing system. Let Pentad Systems collect the data and do the work while you focus on the more important aspects of running your business.

Our E-Mail Burst program is an easy-to-use web-based system that we use for the creation and send-out of bulk e-mails, whether it be marketing, advertising, promotions, or any other means to communicate easily with your clients and increase your business profits.

E-Mail Burst can handle any size of e-mail list that you desire. We simply add the e-mail addresses you provide to E-Mail Burst’s SQL database. You can also specify a grouping schemata that we can use to send out e-mails to the categories you desire (ex: Clients, CoWorkers, Managers).

The next step is to send us the e-mail in any format (paper, PDF, GIF, Publisher, etc) that you wish your customers to receive. We will take the format of this “rough draft” and convert it to HTML to simplify any changes to future e-mails that you wish to send out.

We can also link your website to the HTML page through simple "Click HERE" areas or by your company logo, or link to any portion of your website that you suggest. The e-mail can also contain photos that you may provide to show your customers the products that you are advertising. When this process is finished, the e-mail is sent to the list of contacts that you have provided. It’s that easy!
